Delivery & Returns

We offer tracked delivery across Ireland with An Post for €6.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return, please email hello@soultera.life with your order details.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, and return postage is not refunded unless the item is faulty.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
