Grow With The Flow is a spring-inspired vinyasa class designed to build strength from the ground up, focusing on rooted legs, an engaged core, and steady breath to create expansive, effortless transitions.

Together, we’ll flow through:

• Strong, grounding standing sequences

• Mind to muscle connection for stability and confidence

• Lengthening, heart-opening shapes for enhanced flexibility

• Guided breathwork between transitions to maintain a grounded presence
